My learners logbook finally got accepted, so hopefully it won’t be too long before I get my P’s. I feel sorry for people that want to responsibly drive high powered cars or use hands free kits with their mobile phones, with the new laws. It’s a little annoying that a few drunken idiots will spoil it for the rest of us. At least P drivers don’t have speed restrictions in QLD.

Google Hosted Fault?
As you have have noticed, I’ve started using blogger with a custom domain, I also you google hosted gmail. This means I need to make mx records to google hosted, and I also need to create a cname for theskorm.net to ghs.google.com. One minor, small fault with this, you cannot mix mx and cname records together. Luckily afraid.org has a nice web forward feature, which means I put blogger on www.theskorm.net and forward it :>.
School Jeans
Schools seem to quite against the whole “jeans” idea in general, putting a full ban on them. Even if you have a note they will not let you wear jeans to school where I live. Personally I believe it’s to stop a fashion statement frenzy, which is fair enough, although I believe that schools should work with jeans. Jeans were made for the work force, they are tough, comfy and look nice (even the most plainest jeans look awesome). These jeans are safer than typical school shorts and are alot more comfy in my opinion. All they have to do is spray paint (embroid) the school logo on the back pocket and they can sleep at night and we’ll be happy in our jeans. What kid doesn’t wanna wear jeans to schools?
